The verse is:

أَلَمْ نَجْعَلِ الْأَرْضَ مِهَادًا

Translation:

Have We not made the earth as a bed?

Explanation:

In this verse, Allah is highlighting one of the many blessings He has bestowed upon humanity. The word _"مِهَادًا"_ (Mihadan) means "a bed" or "a resting place". However, in this context, it refers to the earth being a stable, firm, and peaceful place for humans to live.

Allah is emphasizing that He has:

1. *Created the earth*: Allah is the One who created the earth and everything in it.

2. *Made it a resting place*: Allah has made the earth a place where humans can rest, live, and thrive.

3. *Made it subservient*: The earth is subservient to humans, meaning that it provides for their needs and is under their control.

This verse is reminding humans of the blessings they enjoy on earth and encouraging them to be grateful to Allah for these blessings.

In essence, this verse is highlighting Allah's mercy and provision for humanity, and encouraging humans to appreciate and acknowledge these blessings.
