That's correct! This verse is talking about sleep. But it's not just about sleep; it's about the purpose of sleep.

The word "سباتاً" (subatan) means (rest). It implies a state of tranquility where the body and mind are able to relax.

Exactly! We should be grateful for the blessing of sleep. Just think about it - without sleep, we wouldn't be able to function properly. We wouldn't be able to focus, learn, or even take care of our daily tasks.

Sleep is a gift from Allah to help us relax.It's a time for our bodies to repair and refresh themselves.You see, Allah has designed sleep as a way for our bodies to  recharge. 

That makes sense. I feel so tired after a long day, and sleep really helps me feel better.

Exactly! And that's what Allah is reminding us in this verse. He's telling us that sleep is a gift, a blessing from Him to help us cope with the challenges of life.

sleep is a mercy from Allah that allows us to come back stronger and more refreshed, ready to face the challenges of the next day.

Allah is reminding us to appreciate the simple things in life, like sleep, and to recognize His kindness and wisdom in creating something so essential for our well-being.

Allah has designed sleep as a natural mechanism to help us recover from the physical and mental exhaustion of the day. During sleep, our bodies repair and regenerate tissues, build bone and muscle, and strengthen our immune systems.

What about when we have trouble sleeping? What can we do then?

Ah, that's a great question! When we have trouble sleeping, it can be frustrating and affect our daily lives. In that case, we can try to establish a relaxing bedtime routine, avoid screens before bedtime, and even recite some Quranic verses or prayers to help us relax.

So, how can we make the most of this gift of sleep? First, we need to establish a healthy sleep routine. This means going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, including weekends. It also means creating a sleep-conducive environment, such as keeping the bedroom cool, dark, and quiet.

 *پورے علم و حکمت والا تو ہی ہے۔۔۔*

اللہ تعالیٰ پورے علم اور حکمت والا ہے ۔۔ ہے نا؟  کبھی محسوس کیا ہے اسے؟ اسکے علم کو ؟ اسکے علم میں چھپی حکمتوں کو؟ 

چلیں ہم اب جاننے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں کہ اس علم و حکمت والی ذات کو کیسے محسوس کیا جائے۔۔۔

کیا آپ کے ساتھ کچھ ایسا ہوا ہو جو آپ چاہتے نہیں تھے کہ آپکے ساتھ ہو؟  آپ کچھ اور چاہتے تھے۔ لیکن کچھ اور ہو گیا۔ جو آپ چاہتے تھے وہ آپکی نظر میں آپکے لیے اچھا تھا۔ اور جو آپ نہیں چاہتے تھے وہ آپکی نظر میں آپکے لیے اچھا نہیں تھا۔۔

ایسا ہی تھا نا؟ یا ایسا ہی ہے نا؟؟

ہر ایک ساتھ ایسا ہوتا ہے۔  جب بھی کوئی کام یا کوئی بات ہماری چاہ کے مطابق نہ ہو تو ہم اسے اپنے لیے برا سمجھ لیتے ہیں۔ پتا ہے کیوں؟ کیوں  کہ ہم بھول جاتے ہیں کہ اللہ سب سے زیادہ جاننے والا ہے۔ ہم اللہ کے "علیم" ہونے اور "حکیم" ہونے کو بھلا دیتے ہیں۔ 

ہم بھول جاتے ہیں اللہ کو زیادہ پتا ہے کہ یہ کام ہمارے لیے بہتر ہے۔۔اسکا علم حکمتوں سے بھرا ہے۔ ہماری بہتری کی حکمتوں سے۔۔ جس میں  ہمارے لیے بھلائیاں ہی بھلائیاں ہیں۔ 

یاد کریں! سوچیں جو آپکے ساتھ ہو چکا ۔ کچھ ایسا جو آپ نہ چاہتے ہوں۔  مثال کے طور پر دھوکہ ہی لگا لیں۔   آپکو کسی نے دھوکہ دیا۔ اب یہ آپکے نظریے اور علم کے مطابق آپکے برا تھا۔ لیکن اللہ تعالیٰ کے علم و حکمت کے مطابق یہی آپکے ٹھیک تھا۔لیکن کیسے؟ کیونکہ اگر آپکو دھوکہ نہ ملتا تو آپ بدلتے ہی نہ۔۔ آپ یونہی ہر ایک پر اندھا اعتماد کر کے اپنا کوئی بڑا نقصان کروا بیٹھتے۔ 

آپ کو اس دھوکے کی وجہ سے لوگوں کی پہچان کرنا آگئی ۔ آپ نے لوگوں کو پرکھنا سیکھ لیا۔ ورنہ ہر کوئی آپکو استعمال کرتا رہتا۔ اس لیے یہ دھوکہ آپکے لیے ضروری تھا۔ آپکو بہتر بنانے کیلئے ۔۔ اور اچھا بنانے کیلئے ۔ آپکو نکھارنے کیلئے ۔ 

اب آپ پہلے سے ایک بہتر انسان ہیں ۔

لیکن ہم کیا کرتے ہیں؟ ہم صرف اس دھوکہ کے برے اثر کو دیکھتے ہیں کہ ہاں بھئی میرا ساتھ برا ہو گیا۔۔ بھئی کیوں ہو گیا برا؟؟  اپنے اندر آئے بدلاو کو بھی تو دیکھے نا۔  جو سبق جو نصیحت آپکو ملی کیا وہ کسی سکول کالج سے مل سکتی تھی؟ بلکل نہیں۔ یہ نصیحتیں یہ بدلاو ایسے ہی آتے ہیں۔۔ یہ اللہ کے کام ہیں۔۔ہم ویسے سمجھتے ہی نہیں۔ بلکہ سمجھنے کی کوشش ہی نہیں کرتے۔ 

اس لیے اگر آپکے ساتھ کچھ برا ہوت تو وہ اصل میں برا نہیں ہوتا بلکہ آپکو کسی بڑی مصیبت سے بچانے اور لڑنے کیلئے تیار کیا جا رہا ہوتا ہے۔۔ 

آپکی ٹریننگ ہوتی ہے۔ مشکل حالات سے گزار کر۔۔ ان آزمائشوں کو اپنے لیے برا ہر گز نہ سمجھیں۔ یہ آپکی پرورش کر رہی ہیں۔  آپکو مضبوط بنا رہی ہیں۔ایک بڑے دن میں حساب کیلئے ۔۔ایسا خوفناک دن جو بچوں کو بوڑھا کر دے گا۔۔۔ 

اس لیے اپنے کم علم کی بنا پر اللہ سے شکوہ نہ کریں۔ وہ زیادہ علم والا ہے۔اور وہی حکمت والا ہے۔ وہ بہتر جانتا کہ ہمارے لیے کیا بہتر ہے اور کیا نہیں۔۔۔ہم نہیں جانتے۔ 

ہم تو پیدا ہونے سے پہلے اپنے ماں باپ کو بھی نہیں جانتے تھے کہ وہ کوم ہوں گے تو ہم زندگی کے باقی معاملات کو کیسے جان سکتے ہیں؟ کیسے کہہ سکتے ہیں کہ چیز ہمارے لیے ٹھیک نہیں؟ 

اللہ تعالیٰ کے علم و حکمت پر یقین کرنا ، توکل کرنا شروع کریں۔ یقین کریں اس سے بڑھ کر آپکے فائدہ یا نقصان کی اور کسی کو فکر نہیں۔ ہمیں خود بھی نہیں۔۔۔۔۔

یہاں عمل اور بندگی کی قید ہے
