آپ کے ناموں کی اہمیت

اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے کتنی خوبصورت نعمت عطا کی ہے نا کہ ہم ایک دوسرے کو ناموں سے پکارتے ہیں، ایک منٹ کے لیے سوچیں اگر ہمارے نام نہ ہوتے تو ہم ایک دوسرے کو کیسے مخاطب کرتے؟

شکلوں کے زاویوں سے، اپنے ہی ضابطوں سے یاں عادتوں اور عملوں کی بنیاد پر۔

ہر صورت میں کچھ انسان تکلیف اٹھاتے کیونکہ کچھ انسان دوسروں کی کمزوریوں کو اچھال کر خوشی محسوس کرتے ہیں۔

اور اگر مخاطب کرنے کا کوئی بھی ذریعہ نہ ہوتا تو کمیونیکیشن کس قدر مشکل ہوتی ہم نہیں سوچتے کیونکہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے ہمیں اس مشکل میں ڈالا ہی نہیں ہمیں سیکھایا کہ اپنے بچوں کے خوبصورت نام رکھ لو جن سے انہیں مخاطب کیا کرو۔

چلیں آج سب مل کر زندگی میں پہلی بار اس نعمت کا شکر ادا کرتے ہیں۔

آپ نے ہمیں اس قدر خوبصورت نام سے نوازا شکریہ پیارے اللہ

آپ نے ہمیں اس نعمت کے ادراک سے نوازا شکر الحمدللہ یارب

لیکن کیا ہم اس نعمت کا درست استعمال کرتے ہیں؟

اس نعمت کا درست استعمال کیا ہے؟

بہترین نام رکھنا وہ نام جو قرآن اور سنت سے ثابت ہوں، جن کا معنی درست ہو اور پھر ان ناموں کی تکریم کی جائے انہیں بگاڑا نہ جائے۔

محبت سے نام کو مختصر کرنا اور بات ہے یہ سنت سے ثابت ہے ایسا کیا جا سکتا ہے مگر ناموں کو بگاڑ کر مسخ کر دینا بالکل بھی درست نہیں۔

ایک چھوٹی سی بات اگر آپ عمل کر سکیں۔

ایسے نام رکھیں جنہیں بول اور سن کر اللہ کی یاد آئے، قرآن کی کوئی آیت یاد آئے، کسی نبی، صحابی رسول یاں صالحین کی یاد تازہ ہو۔

یہ آئیڈیا مجھے کہاں سے آیا؟

ابھی کچھ دن پہلے بھتیجے صاحب پھپھو سے ملنے آئے، وہ کھڑے تھے، میں نے آواز دی یوسف ایھا الصدیق (سورہ یوسف کی آیت)۔

مجھے ایک لمحے کو حیرانی سی ہوئی یہ کیا ہوا، پھر میرے چہرے پر مسکراہٹ آئی اور ساتھ ہی دل نے شکر کیا اس نئی سیکھ پر اور زبان سے میں نے کہا قرآن میں موجود نام رکھنا کس قدر خوبصورت ہے نا۔

مجھے یحیی علیہ السلام یاد آئے جن کا نام اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی نے رکھا تھا، مجھے ابراہیم علیہ السّلام یاد آئے ان کی قربانیوں کی بیچ کہیں ان کے صبر کا ثمر اسماعیل علیہ السّلام تک جا پہنچی۔

اپنے خیالات کی ٹرین کو روک کر میں آپ کی طرف بڑھ آئی ہوں۔

کیونکہ اب ماڈرنزم کے نام پر بےمعنی اور بےتکے نام رکھنے کا رجحان بہت زیادہ بڑھ گیا ہے مزید برآں ہم گوگل سے معنی پڑھ کر مطمئن ہو جاتے ہیں معنی بھی درست ہے اور نام بھی بڑا یونیک ہے، اور شریعت سے راہنمائی لینے کی تو ہم ویسے ہی ضرورت محسوس نہیں کرتے۔ کوشش کریں نام رکھنے سے پہلے سنت سے راہنمائی لیں، میں یہ نہیں کہتی نام شخصیت بناتے ہیں مگر اتنا ضرور کہوں گی ان کا کہیں نا کہیں ہماری شخصیت پر اثر ضرور پڑتا ہے۔

اس لیے صالح اولاد کے صالح نام رکھیں۔

قرآن کریم کی سورت کا تعارف

 *سورت نمبر: 45* 

 *سورۃ جاثیه* 

تعارف

اس سورت میں بنیادی طور پر تین باتوں پر زور دیا گیا ہے۔ ایک یہ کہ اس کائنات میں ہر طرف اللہ تعالیٰ کی قدرت کاملہ اور حکمت بالغہ کی اتنی نشانیاں پھیلی ہوئی ہیں کہ ایک انسان اگر معقولیت کے ساتھ اُن پر غور کرے تو اس نتیجے پر پہنچے بغیر نہیں رہ سکتا کہ اس کائنات کے خالق کو اپنی خدائی کے انتظام میں کسی شریک کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے، لہذا اُس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک ٹھہرا کر اُس کی عبادت کرنا سراسر بے بنیاد بات ہے۔ دوسرے حضور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو بتایا گیا ہے کہ آپ کو شریعت کے کچھ ایسے احکام دیئے گئے ہیں جو پچھلی امتوں کو دیئے ہوئے احکام سے کسی قدر مختلف ہیں۔ چونکہ یہ سارے احکام اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے ہیں، اس لئے اس پر کسی کو تعجب نہیں ہونا چاہئے۔ تیسرے اس سورت میں قیامت کے ہولناک مناظر کا نقشہ کھینچا گیا ہے۔ اسی سلسلے میں آیت نمبر ۲۸ میں فرمایا گیا ہے کہ قیامت کے دن لوگ اتنے خوف زدہ ہوں گے کہ ڈر کے مارے گھٹنوں کے بل بیٹھ جائیں گے ۔ ” جاثیه عربی زبان میں اُن لوگوں کو کہتے ہیں جو گھٹنے کے بل بیٹھے ہوں۔ اسی لفظ کو سورت کا نام بنادیا گیا ہے۔

Does it mean that we should be grateful for sleep?Is it about sleep?

That's correct! This verse is talking about sleep. But it's not just about sleep; it's about the purpose of sleep.

The word "سباتاً" (subatan) means (rest). It implies a state of tranquility where the body and mind are able to relax.

Exactly! We should be grateful for the blessing of sleep. Just think about it - without sleep, we wouldn't be able to function properly. We wouldn't be able to focus, learn, or even take care of our daily tasks.

Sleep is a gift from Allah to help us relax.It's a time for our bodies to repair and refresh themselves.You see, Allah has designed sleep as a way for our bodies to  recharge. 

That makes sense. I feel so tired after a long day, and sleep really helps me feel better.

Exactly! And that's what Allah is reminding us in this verse. He's telling us that sleep is a gift, a blessing from Him to help us cope with the challenges of life.

sleep is a mercy from Allah that allows us to come back stronger and more refreshed, ready to face the challenges of the next day.

Allah is reminding us to appreciate the simple things in life, like sleep, and to recognize His kindness and wisdom in creating something so essential for our well-being.

Allah has designed sleep as a natural mechanism to help us recover from the physical and mental exhaustion of the day. During sleep, our bodies repair and regenerate tissues, build bone and muscle, and strengthen our immune systems.

What about when we have trouble sleeping? What can we do then?

Ah, that's a great question! When we have trouble sleeping, it can be frustrating and affect our daily lives. In that case, we can try to establish a relaxing bedtime routine, avoid screens before bedtime, and even recite some Quranic verses or prayers to help us relax.

So, how can we make the most of this gift of sleep? First, we need to establish a healthy sleep routine. This means going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, including weekends. It also means creating a sleep-conducive environment, such as keeping the bedroom cool, dark, and quiet.

*Avoiding Sleep Disturbances*

 We should also avoid things that can disturb our sleep, such as  electronic screens before bedtime. We should also try to avoid stimulating activities before bedtime, such as exercise or watching exciting movies.
